School Rules & Guidelines

Important School Discipline Rules:

Students must arrive at school on time. Latecomers will miss the morning assembly and may be sent home.

Any damage to school property or defacing of furniture will result in fines and/or disciplinary action.

Participation in co-curricular activities is mandatory for all students, and they should engage actively.

Students are not allowed to leave the premises during school hours unless accompanied by a parent/guardian with prior approval from the Principal.

Note: In case of emergency, a written request from parents/guardians must be submitted to the Principal.

Parents are requested not to seek half-day leave for students. If the child is ill, they must stay home with a valid medical certificate even during tests or exams.

Any student exempt from Physical Training or Games must submit a doctor's certificate to confirm physical inability.

The following acts of serious indiscipline are deemed gross misconduct:

  • Use or possession of intoxicating substances, drugs, or alcohol on school grounds.
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco, or using any form of pan masala.
  • Disrespect or misbehavior toward staff or fellow students.
  • Willful damage to school property.
  • Bringing weapons, sharp objects, or firearms onto the school premises.
  • Physical altercations with other students causing harm or injury.

Note: Students involved in serious misconduct may be debarred from attending school, subject to a warning from the Principal.
The Principal's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Prohibited Items:

  • Razor blades or sharp objects.
  • Mobile phones, tablets, and electronic gadgets.
  • Money, jewelry, or valuables. The school is not responsible for any losses.

Motor Vehicle Regulations for Students:

Students must wear a helmet when driving a motorized vehicle to school.

A valid driving license must be carried at all times.

Violators will be fined according to the school’s policy.

Repeated violations may lead to rustication from the school.

The student’s date of birth on the driving license must match the school records. Discrepancies will result in action being taken.

Library Guidelines

Books are issued only with a valid library card.

In case of loss or damage, duplicate cards will be issued for a fine of Rs. 25, accompanied by an application from the parents/guardians and class teacher.

Silence must be maintained at all times inside the library.

Books should be handled carefully and returned on time. A fine of Rs. 1 per day will be imposed on textbooks, and Rs. 10 per day on reference books for overdue returns.
